Red Snapper



2 Parts Beefeater Gin

4 Parts tomato juice


1 Part Worcestershire Sauce Tabasco sauce, to tasting Generous pinch of ground black pepper Generous pinch of celery salt Creamed horseradish, to taste

METHOD Stir all ingredients in a jug until well mixed. Garnish with a lemon wedge
